D&TF in back in person

by Heather Kirksey

I’m extremely excited to announce that we will officially host the next Developer & Testing Forum in person at Intercontinental Budapest in Budapest, Hungary on November 13-16, 2023! We’ve heard loudly and clearly from you, the technical community, that in-person meetings progress our work with efficiency and collaboration. For me, and the whole LFN team, getting to interact with you all together is one of the most inspiring parts of my job.

We’ll be convening the programming committee shortly, which will work as it has in the past. If you’re interested in participating, please let the TCA or PM working on your project know. As has become traditional, we’ll have a mixture of project specific break-out tracks, community-wide plenary sessions, and multi-project collaboration discussions. This is your chance to impact the work and technical strategy of our projects for the year to come.

Don’t forget to start planning your travel arrangements; to help you we have a “Convince your Boss” letter, and as always, the registration website has instructions for requesting your visa letter to the event.

I very much look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible for spirited debate, mutual problem solving, and advancing the important work of open source networking. Great technology is born of great open source collaboration, and that’s exactly what we’ll have in the beautiful city of Budapest!
