User Groups

Open Source Networking User Groups (OSN User Groups) are locally managed groups that make up a key part of the open source networking ecosystem. Participation in a user group is open to anyone: employees of a member company, project contributors, upstream developers, and people just passionate about network transformation. See the OSN User Group network around the world: https://community.lfnetworking.org/

User Groups meet 2-4 times a year to discuss practical applications and the latest innovations from the LF Networking projects: Anuket, EMCO, FD.io, L3AF, ODIM, ONAP, OPNFV, OpenDaylight, TungstenFabric, and XGVela. OSN Groups provide an opportunity to meet face-to-face with other open networking enthusiasts in the region, share ideas and insights, and work collaboratively to advance open source 5G, cloud native, edge, and more. Group meetups cover a wide range of topics around the open networking stack and meetup organizers are always open to topic and speaker suggestions.

If you’d like to join a local user group and communicate with the organizer, you’ll first need an account on Bevy. You can sign up or sign in with your LF ID.  If no group exists in your region and you are interested in starting one and being an organizer, please contact us to discuss the process at user-groups@lfnetworking.org
